Tomorrow I go back to the Dr. And the wise and wonderful MuNKi has thought of a method whereby I can still practise my kicks without making things worse - FLOOR KICKING! They did it in calss tonight. We had both utterly forgotton about this variation, whereyby one lies on the floor and kicks into the air, concentrating on proper form.
