How long do you think I would have to stay up to snatch the book from the hands of a finally sleeping child?
It will be like the Tooth Fairy. Only in reverse. And with a book. And no tooth.
This is the very last first time I get to read a new Harry Potter book. I've decided to try and savour it as much as possible.

I think you should try and snag the book around 5:30am. I think that's roughly when I witnessed Mollusc dozing off.
Ha! Good call! I can hear someone still awake up there. :)
Heehee, that's how we read the new HP books too! Possession is 9/10 of the law when it comes to HP. Fortunately, L is a speed-reader, so within a day he'll be out of the competition. ;)

Yeah it was actually. But I don't think Mum was awake then. Were you, Mum?
I didn't see much reason to stop reading at the time, but then some of the words started to blur together and I decided to get at least a little rest.
Ashira, have we met before?
Tshsmom - So if I wrest it away from her. . . ? }:-) Muahahahahah!!
Ash - OK, OK. I was asleep by then last night/this morning and you weren't. But *I* didn't have HP to keep me awake. :-P I think you should take a nap now to catch up on your rest. Yeah, that's the ticket. . . }:-)
Efo - that's Mollusc. :)
Oh, now I know this and I guess we have met before. Mollusc, how's the book so far?
Wresting works; "Might Makes Right!" ;)
Efo - She's dehydrated from weeping. But she loved it, too.
Tshsmom - Hahahaha! Good call! ^_^
